KATE COOK - PRODUCER
In 1999, Kate started life in production working for the prestigious Oxford Film & Television (Hilary & Jackie, Restoration) where she went on to establish herself as Line Producer and Associate Producer across both high-end drama and documentary. Working alongside an array of critically acclaimed Filmmakers, including long time collaborator Bruce Goodison, Kate soon built a reputation for producing cutting edge drama’s, which attract a sterling cast and deliver high production value, despite their low budget beginnings. From the multi-award winning 10 DAYS TO WAR starring Kenneth Branagh and Juliet Stevenson to the Doc Fest Green Award winner THE BLOOD OF THE ROSE.
Her most recent credits include Broadcasts Best Single Drama MY MURDER starring John Boyega, THE KIDNAP DIAIRES starring Douglas Henshall and Jimi Mistry and the political thriller JULIUS CESAR directed by Gregory Doran of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
‘Leave to Remain’ is her first feature for theatrical release.
